Shillong, June 13: The superintendent of police East Khasi Hills District has inform that road from Mawliai Nongpdeng to Jingthang briew will be declare as one way this will come into effect from 15th of this month.
This is for the general information of all the public that due to traffic congestion in and around Mawlai Nongpdeng area the route from Mawlai Nongpdeng Bridge towards Jingthangbriew is hereby declared as “ONE WAY”.Vehicles will enter from Mawlai Nongpdeng towards Jingthangbiew only.No vehicles will be allowed to enter from the junction at Mawlai Phudmuri towards Mawlai Nongpdeng Bridge.
Parking on one side of the road will be allow along the stretch of the road along the Wahmukrah river at Mawlai Nongpdeng and this will be effective on a trial basis for 1 (one) week w.e.f. 15th June, 2016 till 21st June, 2016
