Shillong, December 05: A driver along with four occupant of a Maruti car ML05K – 7017 proceeding towards Khliehriat from Shillong, sustained injuries when the car was hit by a truck coming from the opposite direction. The collision took place at Mookyndur under Thadlaskein Block, West Jaintia Hills District today. Emergency Service Ambulance based in Mawryngkneng helped in shifting the driver Welstar Nongbet 27years male, Nisha Mary Syiemiong 26years female, Suresh Rana 38years male, Lungsing Rynjah 38years male and Shining Star Nongbet 34yearsmale to Woodland Hospital, Shillong.
A motorist along with the pillion rider sustained injuries when the motorbike ML08A – 1320 was hit by another motorbike coming from the opposite direction. The incident happened at Dallangre under Dadenggre Block, West Garo Hills District. The 108 Emergency Service Ambulance based in Dadenggre helped in shifting the motorist, Rajandro Marak 30years male and Weiphilla Sangma 24years female to Dadenggre CHC. Rajandro Marak was then shifted to Tura Civil Hospital.
