Shillong, May 22: As part of the Platinum Jubilee Celeberation year 2016, The Assam Regimental Centre hosted 115 students of Sainik School, Punglwa, Nagaland from 16 to 18 this month. The Children of Sainik School were shown Movie on “Odyssey toOlive Green’s” and were educated by organising thier visit to Offr’s Mess, Rhino Museum, Quater Guard, CI Village and Trg Area, the children were introduced to the glorious history and Tradition of Assam Regiment.
The ARC has also taken these student from Nagaland to various toursit place in Meghalaya like Cheerapunji where is know for heave rain, Elephant falls and Shillong peak.In this three days the student has also learn alot about the ARC waht ment for.
