Shillong, January 07: The District Session Judge sent Mr Julius Dorphang to five days police custody, he was produce in the court at around 2.20 pm in the afternoon today under tide security, covering his face so that public will not see him.
The Superintendent of police Shillong City Mr Vivek Syiem told reporter that he was arrested last night from Guwahati at around 11.00 PM at night he was brought back to shillong on the some night and he was taken to civil hospital for medical checkup.
Mr Julius was arrested base on the FIR file against him that he was involved in sexual relation with the minor girls. In this five days police custody the police will question the Legislator. The police book him under the POCSO act.
