Shillong, August 10: The Commissioner and Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, General Administration Department has informed that the dignitaries who will hoist the National Flag and take salute at the ceremonial parade on the Independence Day on 15th August, 2022.
In the district headquarters include Shri Conrad K. Sangma, Chief Minister at Shillong, Shri Brolding Nongsiej, Minister at Nongstoin, Shri Dasakhiatbha Lamare, Minister at Nongpoh, Shri Hamletson Dohling, Minister at Jowai, Shri Prestone Tynsong, Deputy Chief Minister at Tura, Shri James P. K. Sangma at Williamnagar.
Mr. Thomas A. Sangma, MLA at Baghmara, Shri Timothy D. Sangma, MLA at Resubelpara, Shri Renikton Lyngdoh Tongkhar, Minister at Mawkyrwat, Shri Marcuise N. Marak, MLA at Ampati, Shri Kyrmen Shylla, Minister at Khliehriat and Shri Metbah Lyngdoh, Speaker, Meghalaya Legislative Assembly at Mairang.
In the sub-divisions headquarters, Shri Banteidor Lyngdoh, Minister will hoist the National Flag and take salute at the ceremonial parade at Sohra, Shri Lahkmen Rymbui, Minister at Amlarem, Shri Sanbor Shullai, Minister at Dadenggre, Shri Macmillan Byrsat, MLA at Pynursla, Shri Rupert Momin, MLA at Chokpot, Shri Abdus Saleh, MLA at Raksamgre, Shri Gigur Myrthong, MLA at Mawshynrut and Shri Pius Marwein, MLA at Ranikor.
In the administrative unit, Patharkhmah, Shri Sosthenes Sohtun, MLA will hoist the National Flag and take salute at the ceremonial parade. In the Hima Shangpung, Laskein C&RD Block, Shri Comingone Ymbon, MLA will hoist the National Flag and take salute at the ceremonial parade.
