Shillong, April 13: The third event of the sixth season of the Indian Golf Union East Zone Feeder & Sub Junior Tour is all set to roll into the picturesque Par-70 Shillong Golf Club. The event is held under the aegis of Meghalaya Golf Promoters’ Society who have been instrumental in getting the event in Shillong.Shillong Club Ltd. Golf section was kind enough to offer the Golf course for the event.
The event will see participation of almost 34 young hopefuls from major golfing centers of the region viz. Kolkata & Tatanagar along with developing centers of Siliguri, Nagaland, Digboi, Ranchi etc. They will compete in perfect weather conditions to clock up Order of Merit points of the year.
