Shillong, August 27: The health department government of Meghalaya informed that till 10 Am this morning there are 64 persons were tested COVID-19 positive in the state.
This new cases are, East Khasi Hills 29 from the public, South Garo Hills 1 BSF, North Garo Hills 1, South West Garo Hills 2, West Garo Hills 4 BSF, East Garo Hills 27 all are from the public.
The active cases in the state all are 1211, East Khasi Hills 847, West Khasi Hills 43, Ri Bhoi 68, West Jaintia Hills 2, East Jaintia Hills 12, West Garo Hills 176, South West Garo Hills 3, South Garo Hills 11, East Garo Hills 39, North Garo Hills 10.
The number of persons who recovered today till 10 Am in the morning are 21, out of this, East Khasi Hills 4 BSF, West Jaintia Hills 1 from the public, North Garo Hills 4 from the public, South Garo Hills 2 from the public and Ri Bhoi District 10, one from the armes forces and 9 from the public, the total numbers of persons who have recovered are 895 and 8 people die of COVID-19 in the state.
