Shillong, December 23: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) of the Meghalaya state Unit distribute pamphlet to the pedestrian of the Shillong as part of their fight against corruption, in the country and in the state in particular.
In their printed pamphlet distributed to the people who passerby in the street of Shillong said that the main cause of backwardness in the country and in the state is, because of corruption, and corruption also has brought down the dignity of the people.
In the pamphlet also mention that the AAP uphold the spirit of secularism and they respect to all religions and denominations, they also assured that if the party area elected to they will give transparence administration for the development of the state.
The APP also said that they will contest the upcoming election to the general election to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly due in 2018 which is left just one year and the party symbol ia a broom. The pamphlet was distributed to the pedestrian to day by the state AAP leaders at Police bazar the heart of the Shillong Citiy, under the leadership of Mr I Uriah Advisor and Mr W Lapang as General Secretary.
