Shillong, December 08: All State Government Offices and all Revenue Magisterial Courts and Educational Institutions in West Khasi Hills District will remain closed on the 13th December, 2017 on account of ‘U Sib Singh Syiem Day’. This was informed by the Deputy Commissioner, West Khasi Hills District, Nongstoin.
