Shillong, May 05: The Meghalaya police on Friday raided two different places and arrested three people and recover suspected herion from the possession.
On May 4 around 1.30 pm, acting on a tip off, Police led by SDPO, Mairang West KhasiHills District, conducted raid at Ladweitang village and apprehended one Formingstar Iawphniaw 28 years for possession suspected heroin weighing 0.06 grams.
On May 4 around 8.30 pm, Police apprehended two persons namely, Mr Khual Suam Tak 23 years and Mr Henry Neihsial 33 years from the house of Henry Neihsial at Lumjingsuk Block-A, Madanrting, Shillong and seized 290.19 grams of suspected heroin from their possession. Police arrested both the accused.
