Shillong, May 31: The Joint Director of Health Services (SS), Civil Hospital, Shillong has informed that a patient named Kalu Chetri; Sex – Male; Age- 30 years; Caste General; Religion – Hindu; Occupation – Labourer; C/o P.A.B., Civil Hospital, Shillong was admitted in Male E.N.T. bed No.7. He was admitted on 17th May, 2016 at 6:31 pm and expired on 27th May, 2016 at 9:00 pm.
All concerned relatives, etc., are requested to collect the dead body from the Shillong Civil Hospital Morgue within 3 daysfailing which the dead body will be send for disposal by the Shillong Municipal Board.
