Shillong, March 12: The All India Trinamool Congress today announced the name of Mr. Zenith Sangma to be official candidate of the party from 2-Tura (ST) parliamentary Constituency seat in Meghalaya.
The Chairperson of the AITC Smti. Mamata Banerjee has announced today in Kolkatta the name of Mr. Zenith Sangma former cabinet minister. The party has not yet decided whether they will put up candidate for the 1-Shillong (ST) Parliamentary Seat.
With this announcement there will be three corner contest for the 2-Tura Parliamentary Seat, Smti. Agatha K Sangma of the NPP, Mr. Saleng Sangma of the AICC and Mr. Zenith Sangma of the AITC.
