Shillong, November 25: The chief Executive Member of the KHADC Mr PN Syiem while launching the website www.campaignforcahnge.org.in said that it will be good if all political parties in the state to declare their chief minister candidate so that the people of the state knows to which political party to vote for the upcoming general election to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly due in 2018.
The fire brand CEM of the KHADC lamented that, in all this year’s people are kept in the dark who will be the chief minister that will lead the state, people elect their representative according to their choice, but if all political parties declare their chief minister candidate people will know how to elect their MLA from which party whom they think that their leader is fit to be the chief minister.
The KHADC CEM appreciate the NPP party that they are in the process to look for the chief minister candidate for the upcoming election to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly which is just one year left that the state will go to the poll, if others political parties also do it will be good for the people to the state to elect the new government.
This idea was not a new thing, the RJD and the JDU has come up successfully in Bihar, the BJP has done in the in the MP Election 2014 and in the neighboring state the BJP has announce before the election their election to the Assam Legislative Assembly.
