Shillong, September 27: An All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) is held in the first Sunday of January every year to select candidates for admission in Class VI and Class IX of Sainik School, Goalpara, Assam. The procedure and format for application and examination is being changed from the next academic session (2018-2019).
From January, 2018, AISSEE will be conducted as an OMR based exam. OMR based application form along with instructions for filling the forms, sample question paper and answer sheets will be issued as part of the prospectus. Candidates can fill up the form either online or download the form, fill it and forward to SSG along with a DD of requisite amount. They can also buy the application from Sainik School, Goalpara.
All aspirants’ parents and children are advised to note down the changes and prepare accordingly. Next AISSEE will be held on 7th January, 2018 for the academic year (2018-2019).
