Considering the ill effects on the environment ,restraint usage of fireworks

Shillong, October 27: Considering the ill effects on the environment due to use of fireworks and other related materials during the occasion of Diwali, the Supreme Court of India, in its order, has issued advisory to the public to exercise restraint while using fireworks. The apex court has also directed educational institutions to inform and educate the students about the ill effects of fireworks.
