Shillong, October 31: Dr.D.D.Lapang, Chief Adviser to the Govt. of Meghalaya graced the occasion as Chief Guest for the Swacchata Pakhwara awareness Programme, organized by ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Umiam, Meghalaya in collaboration with KVK Ri Bhoi on the 27th October, 2016 at Swaminathan Auditorium Hall, ICAR, Umiam.
Dr.D.D.Lapang as Chief Guest, distributed prizes to the winners of various competitions organized.
