Pynursla, October 10: The former Congress Vice President of the Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) Mr Khan Khong Dkhar who is also a former cabinet minister of Meghalaya today he formerly joint the regional party the United Democratic Party (UDP) at the general Council of the party of the Pynursla constituency.
Speaking at the gathering, Mr Dkhar said that after two years he has left the Congress party today he has come to join the UDP Party, he associate himself with this regional party with the intention to work together and not to become stumbling block in the party.
He express his cooperation with the party that he will walk together to see that the party come to power in ruling the state in the 2018. He was welcome to the party by the president of the UPD Pynursla Circle Smti Banalari Khongwar.
In this general council of the party they have also elected new officer bearers, Smti Khongwar got re-elected as the party president of the Pynursla Circle, they have also elelcted Kimsing Khongkliam as vice president and Mr Oberness Masynting as general secretary and many others were elected as office bearers.
