Shillong, March 26: Heavy Rain with Thunderstorm and lightning and gusty wind activity over Meghalaya on 26th and 30th of March 2024, Significant Meteorological features: The cyclonic circulation over northeast Assam and neighbourhood at 1.5 km above mean sea level persists.
The cyclonic circulation over northeast Bangladesh and neighbourhood extending upto 0.9 km above mean sea level has become less marked. Under its influence Heavy rain with thunderstorm and lightning and gusty wind with wind speed of 30 to 40 Kmph.
