Shillong, February 25: The former CEM of the KHADC Mr HS Shylla after bring the bring the No Confidence Motion which was taken on the last day of the session and with draw after heated debate in the floor of the house, he told media person outside the house that he is an MDC of the UDP but he will not be part of the People Democratic Forum (PDF).
The PDF is a ruling collation in the KHADC under the leadership of Mr PN Syiem as the CEM of the KHADC, but circumstances has compel to bring the NC against the ruling where the UDP is part in the executive committee.
The MDC from Nongkrem made ample clear that the NC he brought against the EC is not to topple the Executive Committee led by Mr PN Syiem but just to point out the irregularities that was committed by the Executive Committee like what he has pointed out in the course of the Discussion in the floor of the House.
Sadly to say that during debate in the floor of the house not to name some members they have charge him (HS Shylla) as if he is the CEM, instead of clarifying the point that he has raised they have charge what the previous executive committee during my tenure as the CEM.
