Shillong, May 28: Mr Biangkey Lyngdoh lodged a complaint that in the month of March 2016, unknown person had collected his cheque for Rs. 60 lakhs without his knowledge from PMGSY Office, Lower Lachumiere, Shillong and deposited in his account at Meghalaya Rural Bank, Nongstoin Branch West Khasi Hills District .
According to his complaint said that between 9 march to 16 April this year they have withdrew an amount of Rs. 59,99,274/-from the account where the money have been deposit, the police is still investigating the case.
