Shiloong June 10: Some persons working in Hotel R.K. City Hub, Police Bazar forcibly entered the Room No. 107 of the said hotel occupied by one woman aged 31 years by trying to enter through the ventilator, with the intent to rape her. However the lady locked herself in the bathroom and managed to inform her relatives over phone who in turn informed the Police.
The police immediately acted on receiving the information but were prevented from entering the building as the shutter was forcibly shut to prevent their entry. A forceful entry was made through the main entrance and arrested , Kajal Paul 22 years and four others namely, Belkish Reang 23 yrs, Bharat Jamatia 26 yrs, Md. Khaliuddin 26 yrs, Shiva Ranjan Ray 23.(SP News)
