Shillong, January 09: The Chairperson, Meghalaya State Commission for Protection of Child Rights lodged a complaint that following a statement of the fourteen year old victim girl revealing that she was sexually exploited by several persons namely, one Hasan a scrap dealer who exploited her inside his scrap shop, one Khasi person from Borsora, who exploited her in a hotel at Police Bazar, Shillong, one person identified as Hosor who runs an archery counter and one unidentified person exploited her at Smt. Mamoni’s house, one Apu from Jowai and one Sagar brought an Army personnel to the house of Smt. Mamoni to sleep with the victim girl.
The Chairperson, Meghalaya State Commission for Protection of Child Rights lodged a complaint that following a statement of the fourteen year old victim girl who revealed 3th January 2017 before the Child Welfare Committee, Meghalaya that one Khasi old man from Dawki West Jaintia Hills District , a friend of Smt. Mamoni, had slept with the victim girl in Mamoni’s house and in the house of one Mary at Demthring, Shillong on two occasions.
The Chairperson, Meghalaya State Commission for Protection of Child Rights lodged a complaint that following a statement of the fourteen year old victim girl who revealed 3th January 2017 before the Child Welfare Committee, Meghalaya that one person whom she can recall as Prof. Roy had sexual intercourse with her at the house of Smt. Momoni at Demthring, Shillong.
The Chairperson, Meghalaya State Commission for Protection of Child Rights lodged a complaint at Umiam Police station In Ri Bhoi District that Shri Julius Dorphang who is also an alleged accused in Madanrting Police station Case ,also raped the same minor girl somewhere in Ri Bhoi district.
