Shillong, November 3: The Deputy Commissioner, of West Garo Hills District, Tura has informed that 10th November, 2016 has been declared as local holiday for all State Government Offices, Magisterial Courts, Revenue, Educational Institutions in West Garo Hills District on account of 100 Drums Wangala Festival at Asanang.
Therefore, all State Government Offices, Magisterial Courts, Revenue, Educational Institutions of West Garo Hills District will remain closed on 10th November, 2016.
