Shillong, July 29: A day after the KHADC had filed an FIR against miscreants allegedly involved in vandalising the office and manhandling its employees the police informed that it is currently trying to pin point the persons involved in the incident.
The Superintendent of police of the East Khasi Hills Districrt Mr M Kharkrang said, legal action will be taken to all thus who are involved in vandalising the office of the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council.
Stating that not all the people who were present in the KHADC office on Thursday were not involved in the incident, he said that police is trying to find out from the group about the miscreants who indulged in vandalising the office.
He further said that police will have to investigate the matter since the CCTV camera installed in the office building was also not working.
Kharkrang added that the police will try their best to find out who the main perpetrators involved in the incident are.
