Shillong, Sept 04: The Education Department Government of Meghalaya has inform that the venue for the 59th Teacher’s Day celebration will now be Public School, Laitumkhrah and not Yojana Bhavan Auditorium as intimated earlier. The programme will be held at 11:00 AM on September 5, 2020.
Deputy Chief Minister Mr Prestone Tynsong also told the media that since there are six person from the secretariat were tested COVID-19 positive, in view of this circumstances the venue for the celebration has change.
