Shillong, August 15: An IAF contingent comprising thirty two Air Warriors from Headquarters Eastern Air Command joined ranks with fellow citizens from Shillong to participate in the Independence Day Run organised by the East Khasi Hills District Administration here on Monday.
The participation by the ‘men in blue’ in such large numbers further enhanced the patriotic fervour associated with the celebratory event and was appreciated by the organisers. All three top positions were bagged by the air warriors.
