BJYM complaint that issue of ST Certificate from DC office shilling is slow

Shillong, February 19: The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha Meghalaya Pradesh has sent a complaint letter to the Deputy Commissioner East Khasi Hills District Shillong, saying that the office is very slow in issuing Schedule Tribe Certificate to people who are applying for their various needs.

The letter sent to the DC Shillong the president of the BJYM Mr Egenstar Kurklang said that “I would like to inform you that we have received a lot of complaints from almost all parts of East Khasi Hills District which is delayed and keep on pending by the concern authority to process the application of ST/PRC/Income Certificate applied through CSC/online system and even through offline application from your office, Shillong which is pending since September 2016 till date”.

Thus it creates a lot of difficulties to the public especially for the students the same it also affect the spirit of online system and it might discourage to the public to go for digitalization.The BJYM urge upon the Deputy Commissioner East Khasi Hills  to look into with seriousness and to addressed at the earliest.
