Shillong, April 03: The general secretary of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) in-charge of North East Mr Luizinho Faleiro appeal to the people of Meghalaya to vote for the Congress Part he said this in the press conference held at the Pinewood Hotel Shillong in the presence of the Candidate Mr Vincent Pala.
The general secretary of the AICC stress that this is a national elelction is not Meghalaya Election, people of this country decide who will form the next government at the centre.

About the rebellion among the congress party worker which let to the dissolution of the Umroi Block Congress Committee, The AICC general secretary downplay the situation by saying that congress is big party and this type of rebellion did took place, but the Congress president direct that when its come to election all should be united.
About the candidate the general secretary of the AICC going on to say that the Congress MP from Shillong is doing his best in following out the schemes that were implemented in the state, like the Shillong By Pass, Shillong Guwahati fourlaning and Shillong Nongstoin Tura by pass.(SP News)
