Shillong, May 6: The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, has informed the general public that those Households both in Urban and Rural Areas whose Head of the Family is a Government Employee or any member of the family that has been inadvertently issued with Family Identity Card under NFSA, 2013, are requested to surrender the Card to the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong within the 15th May, 2016.
