Shillong, March 28: Smti. Roshan Warjri, Health and Family Welfare, Govt of Meghalaya, met the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Shri. J.P. Nadda, in his Office Chamber on 27th March 2017 in New Delhi to apprise him of the urgent need for consideration and approval of the Phase III of Megha Health Insurance Scheme (MHIS) by the Govt of India.
The Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Shri. J.P.Nadda, has assured to look into the matter at the earliest. Smti. R. Warjri, Minister, also impressed upon the Union Minister for consideration of the Burn and Trauma Center at Shillong Civil Hospital and Tura Civil Hospital including commissioning of the Amrit Pharmacy in the premises of the Shillong Civil Hospital.
