Shillong, November 06: The Australian runner Samantha Gash admired Indian culture, and she said that the run that she under took is to raised fund for education and education is complex subject.
The people of India are simple and they are facing lot of hardship this small intervention will help the people in getting education while working together with the world vision of Australia and their branches here in India.
She (Samantha) said that she come to India for the first time in 2011, since then she has started travelling the length and breadth of this great country and what she learn is that the people of this country need better education.
About the state of Meghalaya, when she arrived yesterday she came to know that the people here are following the matrilineal system which great that was not found in others part of India and the world this help her to know more about the diversity of India.
She(Samantha) said that, where ever she go she was secure she don’t have that fear in her, and in her second book that she is going to write about India.
