Shillong, February 04: The inmates of the District Jail, Shillong assaulted Mr Chinmoy Hajong a warden when the detain them for breaking a tube light inside tha Jail, in this incident the warden was injured and he was taken to Shillong civil Hospital for treatment.
Police said that the warden saw this inmates breaking tube light inside the jail, and he tried to detain them but then he was beaten by this inmates, the incident occurred in the morning today between 9.30 to 10.00 AM in the morning.
