Shillong, May 10: The Meghalaya Board of School Education (MBOSE) today declares the result of the Science and commerce stream that was held this year. In the science stream the percentage of student who passed the ecamination is 74.58% and in the commerce stream is 79.84%.
The Regular student who applied for the examination in Science stream are 3404 and who appeared for the examination 3369, the numbers of students who passed in first division 1129, in second division 1396 and in the third division 61. The total numbers of student who pass the examination are 2586 and in term of percentage is 76.76 %.
The Non regular students who applied for the examination in the science stream are 320, and the numbers of students who appear in the examination are 294, the numbers of students who passed in first division 5, in second division 47 and in the third division 4, who pass in the compartmental 55 and improvement 35. The total numbers of student who pass the examination are 146 and in term of percentage is 49.66 %.
The number of students who applied for the examination gender wise, the regular students Male 1595, appeared 1574, Female applied 1809, appeared 1795 and the Non regular students gender wise, who applied Male 176 appeared 155, Female applied 144 appeared 139. The over all of passing in the Class XII science is 74. 58%.
Regular student who applied for the examination in commerce stream are 2059 and who appeared for the examination 2045, the numbers of students who passed in first division 484, in second division 953 and in the third division 249. The total numbers of student who pass the examination are 1686 and in term of percentage is 82.44%.
The Non regular students who applied for the examination in the commerce stream are 266, and the numbers of students who appear in the examination are 252, the numbers of students who passed in first division 3, in second division 21 and in the third division 16, who pass in the compartmental 105 and improvement 3. The total numbers of student who pass the examination are 148 and in term of percentage is 58.73 %.
The number of students who applied for the examination gender wise, the regular students Male 1251, appeared 1238, Female applied 808, appeared 807 and the Non regular students gender wise, who applied Male 201 appeared 189, Female applied 65 appeared 63. The over all of passing in the Class XII commerce is 79. 84%.
