Shillong, April , 10 : The former Chief Executive Member  of the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council (GHADC) Mr Denang T Sangma is ready to quit from the chair since last year 2016, but due to the bye-election to the 2- Tura Lok Sabha change of leadership has kept in abeyance .

The former Deputy CEM, Mr Agustin Marak speaking to SP News Agency said that the demand for change of leadership in the executive committee in the GHADC , led by the National People’s Party (NPP) in collation with others parties , like the Garo National Council , BJP and Independent .

The main reason for the demand of change in the leadership in the EC , is to have equal allocation in the developmental work but circumstances does not allowed for change in the collation in the GHADC but unfortunately when the opposition table the no confidence motion in the floor of the house during the budget session the CEM resign that led to the imposition of Administrator Rule .

The GNC leader Mr Marak pointed out this political event in the GHADC led by the NPP could be avoided if the party leading the collations has listen to the grievances put by the others MDCs who where supporting the executive committee  led by the NPP in the GHADC .
