Shillong, Feb 25: As part of the celebration of National Science Day, 2019, a number of workshops were organized by the Shillong Science Centre, NEHU Campus, Shillong.
A one-day workshop on Astronomy was conducted by Shri R. Chaterjee at Shillong Science Centre on 21st February, 2019 where a number of schools from Shillong participated.
The two-day workshop on 22nd and 23rd February, 2019 on Robotics “Fun with Learning by Lego” where hands on activities on Robotics were held for the first time in the State conducted by Shri A. Saha, CEO, Technomate, Edubotics Pvt. Ltd., Guwahati in the Innovation Hub of Shillong Science Centre.
As per the Officer on Special Duty, Shillong Science Centre, Shri H. Nongbri, it is expected that a number of activities will be undertaken revolving around the Innovation Hub Shillong Science Centre during the next Financial Year.
