Shillong, February 23: The Superintendent of Police East Khasi Hills, Shillong. Said that in view of the recent changes in traffic routes in and around Don Bosco area, the “NO ENTRY” to Upland Road will be enforced from the Junction opposite to the Office of the Director of Health Services, Shillong on Red Hill Road.
All vehicles wanting to use Upland Road will enter from near St. Mary’s School and exit from Red Hill Road. However, NO ENTRY from both sides during School hours i.e. from 7:30 am to 9:00 am (morning) and 2:00 pm to 3 :00 pm (afternoon) will continue. No vehicles will be allowed to enter from both sides during these timming.This was done to ensure the safety of the School children who have to walk through Upland Road.
