Shillong, July 30: The Deputy Commissioner East Khasi Hills District said that in continuation to theendeavour of the district administration in improving the home delivery as well as overall services to the consumers of the Indane LPG cylinders, the district administration has in the recent meeting in consultation with the gas agencies has taken some decisions on which consumer can do their booking over phone.
For the benefit of the INDANE LPG consumers , it was directed that each of LPG distributors within the Shillong City will keep open their showrooms uniformly as per the following timings as decided in the meeting, their offices will remain open from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m To 1:00 p.m and 2:00 p.m To 5:00 p.m and on Saturday: 10:00 a.m To 1:00 p.m only.
The Deputy Commissioner said that all the Indane LPG customers are requested to prefer to do booking for their refill cylinders over phones to avoid crowds and waste of their valuable time in the showrooms. So, the customers can record their suggestion or complaint in the register.
