Shillong, June 15: After receiving notice that Fish Pond owners in East Khasi Hills District are organising Fishing Competition without permission from the District Administration, the District Magistrate, East Khasi Hills District has issued notice that any unauthorized fishing competition without prior permission from the District authorities will be punishable under the law.
