Shillong, June 02: The Police has arrested two members of the KSU who were allege that they were involved in hurling petrol bomb to the Police requisition bus ML-05P-8518 at Lailad, Nongmynsong, Shillong.
In this connection, today the Police arrested two KSU members, viz., namely Sabir Jyrwa 31 years and Phrang Warjri 26 years of aged. The police are on the hunt for the other people who are involved in hurling petrol bomb in various localities in the capital Shillong.
The Ri Bhoi Police has arrested so far five KSU activists who were alleged that they were involved in arson at the NEF Railway Construction Project, Ronghona in Ri Bhoi District. In this connection, Police arrested five KSU activists namely, Ferdynand Kharkamni, President, KSU North Khasi Hills, Son Nongkhlaw,Member, KSU Central Body, Jayand Sylliang, Sports Secretary, KSU North Khasi Hills, Johnny Nongrum, Members, KSU North Khasi Hills and Sabathani Lyngdoh, Assistant Office Secretary, KSU North Khasi Hills.
