The alumni SASPPA to hold friendly football match between past pupils and teachers

Shillong, August  29: With an aim to bring together it’s diverse alumni, the St Anthony’s School Past Pupils Association (SASPPA), in association with St, Anthony’s Higher Secondary School, Shillong, will be holding a friendly exhibition football match between the past pupils and the combined team of the teaching and non teaching staff of the school. The match shall be held on Saturday, 2nd September at 9 am in St. Anthony’s Higher Secondary School football ground, Laitumkhrah. Gates and entries open at 8:00 am.

It is a promotional event for the upcoming school concert which is scheduled to be held in U So So Tham Hall, State Central Library, Shillong on September, 19th and 20th.

It may be mentioned that the SASPPA was formed in June, 2013 with the aim of bringing the illustrious alumni of St Anthony’s Higher Secondary school under one roof for the upliftment and progressive development of the school and its students. The school has been extremely supportive and helpful in this movement.
