Shillong, August 16: Corporate Social responsibility shown by Bank of Baroda to NEIGRIHMS; Under Social corporate responsibility Bank of Baroda donated five wheel chairs and two trolleys to NEIGRIHMS on 11th August.
AGM Bank of Baroda Mr. S.Bhutia handed over five wheel chairs and two patient trolleys to Hospital Administration. Director NEIGRIHMS Prof.(Dr) D.M Thappa, while speaking on the occasion appreciated the gesture of Bank of Baroda. He urged other corporate organizations to come forward to express their social responsibility towards hospital organizations like NEIGRIHMS.
He said, ‘‘Although the Institute has sufficient budget to take care of the needs of the patients , but the needs of the patients are limitless and the corporate organizations in consultation with Hospital Administration can help the patients in many ways”.
Mr.S .Bhutia expressed the commitment of the Bank to continue in such gestures in future. Marketing manager Bank of Baroda,Ms.A.Deka and branch manager were also present on the occasion.
