Shillong, July 22: The Bangladesh Border Guard (BGB) and the police of Bangladesh apprehended Mr Ricky Marwein from Bangladesh on Friday night and today they have handed to the Border Security Force (BSF) at Baghmara South Garo Hills District.
Mr Ricky was kidnap by arms miscreant from his residence from Umsur village under South West Khasi Hills District on the 8th July 2017 at mid night by the allege Bangladeshi national.
The Superintendent of police South West Khasi Hills District when contacted, said that as of today he do not want to say anything on the rescued of Mr Marwein by the BGB and the police of Bangladesh.
The PRO BSF, Mr UK Nayal told SP News Agency that today in the afternoon there is a flag meeting with the BGB at Baghmara and after the flag meeting the BGB hand over Mr Ricky Marwein to the BSF in Baghmara at around three o’clock in the afternoon.
