Shillong, February 13: The Labharthi Sampark Karyakram or beneficiary contact program was launched at the party office in Bivar Road at Shillong today. The unique program was addressed by Shri Avinash Koli, BJP North East In-charge of Labharthi Program.
The BJP State President Shri Rikman G Momin, State General Secretary Everist Myrsing, State Convenor for Labharthi Smt. Euneescy Khyriem and Tura Convenor for Labharthi Shri Adamkid Sangma.
The idealistic program has been designed to ensure that each central scheme beneficiary in the state derives maximum benefit out of the system and gaps, if any, are plugged right from the start.
To ensure success of the program, BJP Meghalaya has raised an army of party members, who will go door to door, across every district of the state, searching for feedback and suggestions from the beneficiaries themselves.
The Labharthi Sampark Karyakram or program is just another example that for BJP, schemes are meant to uplift the masses at a ground level and not merely phrases and slogans which have been the hallmark of various other central Govts.
The Visions and missions such as these explain why 25 crore people have been raised out of poverty and India is on course to being a developed nation, a nation that charts the course for an evolving global order.
