Shillong, January 22: The BJP Mandal Committee of the 17-Shillong North said that Mr Keith Parait is not the president of the District President of Shillong City. The question of his resignation dose not arise said that BJP press statement today.
On the resignation of Wallambok Thangkhiew is not a surprise to the party, the party said that he was remove from the post of the president from 17-North Shillong Mandal Committee from 27th September 2017 for his anti party. Show cause notice was issued to him who is still pending for final proceeding.
The Mandal Committee of the 17-North Shillong would not like to comment on others who resign along with Mr Thangkhiew as their presence in the party will not create any positive impact. Said Mr Pherbran Chyne general secretary of the BJP party of 17-North Shillong.
