Shillong November 17: Mr Ritupana Neog, Branch Manager of the SBI New Tura Branch of West Garo Hills District lodged a complaint that on 14 of this month around 2.30 pm, one unidentified persons who was standing in queue for withdrawal of money came to his complainant chamber and asked to expedite payment procedure.
After argument, the person went out and after some time he came back with two live cartridges, one belt and some documents and place them on his table and threatened the complainant that he would be in trouble when he comes out of the bank.
