Shillong, October 31:: The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District has informed that the term of all the existing Fair Price Shop dealers, both urban and rural areas will expire on 31.12.2016. Prescribed form for renewal of licenses for the year 2017 are available in the office of the DC (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong.
All application should be recommended by the respective Sirdar and Headman, Block Development Officers and last date for submission is 10th December, 2016. Application should be affixed with Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 25/- along with two passport size photos of the applicant and to be submitted to the Supply Office, Shillong along with the office bearer and members of the Vigilance Committee which should include women members.
