Shillong, July 25: The Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills District today declare six more locality in Shillong agglomeration as containment area.
The area that were declare as containment area are, Nongsohphoh Upper Mawprem, Maxwelltone Estate starting from Harrison bridge up to Meghaha Marak opposite Arts Culture building.
The others area are Golflink Khliehshnong, Mawpat Block-I, Mawpat Block-III and Gentina Lyngdoh Golf Link Mawpun were declare as containment area.
The total localities that were declare as containment area in the Shillong agglomeration are all togather are 26 and one in the outskirts of Shillong.
