Shanmuganathan, is deeply pained by the recent tragic road mishap involving a passenger bus near Sonapur Mandir in East Jaintia Hills District in which several precious lives have been lost and has conveyed his deepest condolences to all the bereaved families.”
The Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Dr.Mukul Sangma has expressed profound shock and sorrow to learn of the tragic death of passengers, who were travelling from Silchar to Guwahati in an ill-fated bus that met with an accident at Sonapur in East Jaintia Hills on the night of 14th June, 2016.
Dr. Sangma has conveyed his deepest condolences to the families of all the deceased in the tragic road accident and prayed that the Almighty God would grant them solace in this moment of great loss. The Chief Minister also wished speedy recovery to all the injured passengers.
