Shillong, May 29: The MLA Mr Sanbor Shullai inaugurated the newly constructed blacktopping motorable road including parking and turning facilities of various religious communities’ cemetery and cremation committees of Greater Laban area at Lawsohtun block-6.
The total amount of the project is Rs.53.56 lakhs it was founded from the PWD through SPA Scheme as recommended by the Local MLA from his quota.
Various Church leaders and NGOs express their happiness that their dream comes true, this happen due to the personal initiative of the Local MLA, the headman shnong of Lawsohtun Mr Tonwell Rynjah preside over the function.
Speaking on the occasion Mr Sanbor Shullai said that from his part as the local MLA he has prepare a scheme for drinking water and toilet facilities.
