Shillong, August 17: The Meghalaya Pradesh Youth Congress President Mr Richard M Marak has appointed two new, District Youth President in Meghalaya as part of party organisation at the District lelvel.
Mr Richard the MPYC President has appointed Mr Lasforious Marngar as the District Youth Congpress President for Ri Bhoi District and Mr Rupa M Marak as the District Youth Congress President of West Garo Hills District.
The MPYC President Mr Richard R Marak congratulate both the two new president hope that they will work towards strengthening the party in their respective District for the party and the people of Meghalaya in the state.
